60-second CPR check

How sharp is your CPR?

Six quick questions, with the answer straight away. The score isn't the point. It just shows what's worth another go.

1How fast should chest compressions be for an adult?

2How deep should compressions be on an adult?

3What should happen between compressions?

4Where do your hands go?

5A song with the right beat tells you…

6Someone brings a defibrillator (AED). What do you do?

What to expect

What a Promet CPR session looks like

Good equipment, and a person to explain it. Every learner has their own QCPR manikin during CPR practice, with feedback on compression rate, depth and chest recoil, and a trainer there to help you make sense of it.

Try

Practise the technique your trainer has demonstrated.

Check

Look at the feedback together.

Adjust

Focus on the one thing worth changing first.

Repeat

Have another go. That's how it clicks.

  • You don't have to arrive good at CPR. You're there to learn.
  • Questions are part of learning, not an interruption to it.
  • If you need adjustments to take part, tell us before booking and we'll discuss them.
